FM Forum 2026: Driving Innovation in the Future of Facilities Management

FM Forum 2026 provided an excellent opportunity for the Towercraft team to engage with facilities management professionals, property managers, service providers and industry leaders from across the UK.

Over two days in Manchester, we had the privilege of presenting our innovative robotic façade maintenance technology and discussing how innovation, automation and AI are reshaping the future of building maintenance.

Throughout the event, one message consistently emerged from conversations with delegates: the facilities management sector is actively seeking innovative solutions that improve safety, increase operational efficiency and support more sustainable building management. As building portfolios become increasingly complex, organisations are looking beyond traditional maintenance methods to embrace technologies that reduce working-at-height exposure while delivering greater consistency, transparency and control.

At Towercraft, innovation is at the heart of everything we do. Our robotic façade cleaning and AI-assisted inspection platform has been developed to help building owners, facilities management teams and property managers modernise façade maintenance. By combining advanced robotics with intelligent inspection capabilities, we are enabling safer operations, better asset visibility and data-driven maintenance decisions.

FM Forum was not only an opportunity to demonstrate our technology but also to exchange ideas with industry professionals who are driving innovation across the facilities management sector. The conversations we had provided valuable insight into current market challenges, procurement priorities and the growing appetite for digital transformation throughout the built environment.

Innovation is rarely achieved in isolation. Events such as FM Forum create the opportunity to bring together technology providers, facilities managers and property professionals to collaborate, challenge traditional thinking and explore new ways of improving operational performance.

We would like to thank everyone who visited our stand, shared their experiences and explored opportunities for future collaboration. We also extend our appreciation to the FM Forum organisers for delivering another successful event that continues to encourage innovation and meaningful business connections within the facilities management community.
