ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

1. Purpose and scope

This policy covers office activity, business travel, equipment management, demonstrations and work at client sites that are within Towercraft UK Ltd's operational control. It applies to directors, employees and contractors acting on our behalf.

2. Our operating controls

• - Use digital records and online meetings where suitable.
• - Plan and combine site visits, demonstrations and deliveries to reduce unnecessary journeys.
• - Maintain and repair equipment to extend its service life and avoid unnecessary replacement.
• - Use water, cleaning products and other consumables carefully, following manufacturer instructions and client-site drainage requirements.
• - Follow applicable recycling arrangements and use authorised routes for batteries, electrical equipment, chemicals and other controlled waste.
• - Consider energy efficiency, durability, packaging and end-of-life options when making relevant purchasing decisions.

3. Compliance, incidents and responsibility

Towercraft UK Ltd will comply with environmental requirements applicable to its operations. Personnel must follow relevant client-site rules, take reasonable steps to prevent avoidable releases to drains, soil or water, and report spills or environmental incidents promptly. The Director owns this policy and is responsible for its implementation and review.

4. Review

Management will review this policy at least annually and update it when the company's activities, environmental risks or legal obligations materially change. The company may introduce measurable objectives after reliable baseline data becomes available.
